Thanks for the note, Raymond. Their work is consistent with mine because they are only calling for a Article V convention limited to three specific subjects. I tend not support any open-ended Article V conventions, as the Left could then really mess up the Constitution.
An Article V convention of states can give teeth to the 10th Amendment, by exposing the malfeasant interpretation of ‘necessary and proper’ in McCulloch v. Maryland.
