Barack Obama Likely To Be Named As An Unindicted Co-Conspirator of the Russian Collusion Hoax
Being named as an unindicted co-conspirator will tarnish Obama in the history books alongside Richard Nixon, damage the Democrat Party, and elevate the Russian Collusion hoax to the scandal it is.
Nine days ago in "Only Three Actions Matter In the Jim Comey and John Brennan Investigations," I stated:
For nine years, we on the Right have watched as so many wrongdoers on the Left faced no consequences for their actions all the while Justice was bent for every possible infraction done on the Right. Hillary Clinton. Rob Mook. Jake Sullivan. Nellie Ohr. Glenn Simpson. Steele. Danchenko. Marc Elias. Michael Sussmann. Andrew Weismann. Dolan. Lisa Page. Peter Strzok. Kevin Clinesmith. Jim Comey. Andrew McCabe. Bruce Ohr. James Baker. Bill Priestap. Brian Auten. John Brennan. James Clapper. Susan Rice. Sally Yates. Joe Biden. And, yes, Barack Obama.
I included Obama in the list of wrongdoers who hadn’t faced any consequences for the Russia Collusion hoax based on circumstantial evidence and logical deduction pointing to his role. Last week, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard released long classified documents that clearly shows Obama ordered the suppression of exculpatory intelligence that Russian did NOT help Trump win the 2016 presidential election and ordered the coup against Trump and his Administration. Some may view the use of the word “coup” as too extreme, but, at a minimum, Obama et al. clearly intended to severely undermine Trump with the ultimate aim to hound him out of office by the Russia smear. At any time, Obama could have come forward to stop the coup on Trump, but he remained silent hoping enough slime would stick to Trump that the Left would get him. They didn’t.
With Gabbard’s classified document release showing what occurred in early December 2016 to suppress the draft Presidential Daily Brief in which the intel community affirmatively stated Russian did NOT help Trump, my July 7, 2025, column, "When Will George W. Bush Stop Letting Pride F-ck With Him?,” becomes especially prescient (as does the Open Letter I sent him in November 2021). The dark corners where Bush can hide from the reality that Obama et al. grow fewer and smaller. As I wrote, "At some point, Bush is going to have to come to terms with the successes of Trump, get over his pettiness towards him, and give credit where credit is due.” More pressing, at some point for the good of the country, Bush has to speak up about the weaponization of government under Obama. His continued failure to do so only diminishes his legacy more. As David Marcus wrote today: "Many of us are old enough to remember when former President George W. Bush was considered by liberals to be a war criminal who should go directly to jail. But today, there is a strange new respect for W in the wake of Trump.” The Left’s “strange new respect”’ for Bush is tied directly to his hostility towards Trump and his silence on any of the Left’s efforts to hurt Trump.
So what will happen next? My educated guess is that Attorney General Pam Bondi had a team in place at the U.S. Department of Justice looking at a broad conspiracy indictment against many of the people named above. This team likely was at work even before Director of the Central Intelligence Agency John Ratliffe referred Jim Comey and John Brennan for investigation. Gabbard wouldn’t have released the documents nor used such charged language as “treasonous conspiracy” unless she knew Bondi would indict the key players. I expect an indictment to drop within the next few months.
As for Obama, given the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision on presidential immunity, I don’t think he will be formally indicted; rather, I suspect Bondi will name Obama as an unindicted co-conspirator, which will pull him into the indictment without igniting a long, costly legal fight on his immunity. It also would incentivize those who are indicted to seek a plea deal that spares them prison time, but requires them to finger Obama as the one who ordered the "Code Red” against Trump and testify against other co-conspirators. Being named as an unindicted co-conspirator will tarnish Obama in the history books alongside Richard Nixon (unindicted co-conspirator in the Watergate scandal), damage the Democrat Party for the mid-term elections, and, critically, elevate the Russian Collusion hoax from a right-wing talking point to the greater-than-Watergate scandal it is.
As with the Joe Biden autopen and mental acuity investigations by the U.S. House in which many Biden Administration officials are receiving top-notch legal help for free (and pleading the Fifth), don’t be surprised if the same law firms that jumped at the chance to represent terrorists and other left-wing violent defendants for free also sign-up to represent Russian Collusion hoax conspirators for free. Specifically, as reported last week in the New York Times re the Biden scandals:
But the investigations have entangled a sprawling group of former Biden administration officials, and they have enlisted a flight of white-shoe lawyers from around Washington. The firms, some of which are performing the work at no cost, include Latham & Watkins, Covington & Burling, Cooley and Steptoe, according to people familiar with the matter.
This outcome shouldn’t surprise anyone. As I wrote back in March in "Why Donald Trump’s Fight Against Big Law Is About Restoring Fairness to Our Justice System":
Trump’s fight against Big Law is vital because those law firms eagerly put the heft of their firms and top-notch skills of their lawyers to work representing terrorists who attacked our country and left-wing rioters, in some cases as pro bono clients, while refusing to do the same for any of the 1/6ers who faced a legal onslaught unparalleled in American history. To be clear, I’m not suggesting the terrorists and left-wing rioters weren’t entitled to legal counsel; rather, I’m suggesting that Big Law had no problem representing literal enemies of America and progressive Left rioters who attacked The White House, the Secret Service, and even Members of Congress, but couldn’t muster a mid-level associate to defend a senior citizen who did nothing more than trespass on January 6, 2021.
If Big Law salivated over representing al Qaeda and Antifa thugs, imagine the pools of slobber forming in their gilded lobbies with Gabbard’s documents release. With most of their partners card-carrying members of NeverTrump and/or the rabid Left, thwarting the Trump Administration’s efforts to bring accountability to those who weaponized the federal government and tried to undue a presidential election would be the greatest honor. These same pond scum likely cheered the news of the various Trump assassination attempts, as “by any means necessary” encompasses saving democracy from Trump by violent methods.
P.S. Hopefully you are celebrating the demise of federal funding for National Public Radio (NPR) and the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS), as well as the cancellation of Steven Colbert’s left-wing show on CBS. I find it humorous how Democrats are frothing at the mouth over these actions, which only shows that they know all three entities were heavily biased in their favor. Not one proponent of NPR, PBS, or Colbert can point to a single clip in which Trump or Republicans were praised or given positive coverage. Once again, Trump has done what has been promised by the Right since Ronald Reagan.
