AOC Becomes the Right’s Fundraising Clickbait, As Scared Supreme Court Justices Subvert the Constitution
Our Founding Fathers did not create a country in which five or six elite lawyers far removed from the realities of life among the lowly could rule this country by judicial tyranny.
Alexandria Ocasia-Cortez will never become president of the United States. Never. Ever. Period. Anyone who tells you otherwise fundamentally doesn’t understand that America at its core is a center-right country, especially when it comes to the Electoral College.
Let me use history to explain why.
Since 1968, we have elected nine men to become president. Of those nine men, four were democrats. Let’s talk about those four men. Jimmy Carter was a moderate Democrat southern governor who won on the back of Republican Richard Nixon’s Watergate scandal. He lasted four years when he governed like a liberal after being defeated by conservative California governor Ronald Reagan. After Republican Vice President George H.W. Bush served Reagan’s third term, another southern governor running as a moderate “New Democrat” won The White House. Due to the Republican Revolution of 1994 under Newt Gingrich, Bill Clinton largely governed as a moderate. Clinton was replaced by a fellow southern governor in the form of then conservative Texas Republican George W. Bush. After the housing/financial meltdown in 2008, the blank slate that was Democrat U.S. Senator Barack Obama defeated moderate U.S. Senator John McCain on a “we are one America” platform. After spending eight years trying to force America to become the progressive state he desired, Obama gave birth to the presidency of Republican real estate magnate Donald Trump. On the heels of China’s biological COVID attack on America and the media’s and Deep State's endless war against Trump that rigged the 2020 election, Democrat moderate U.S. Senator Joe Biden slipped into the presidency. Like Obama, Biden then aggressively moved left on issue-after-issue, thereby resulting in Trump’s return in 2024.
AOC isn’t a southern governor like Carter or Clinton. She is not a blank slate like Obama. And she can’t claim to be a moderate like Biden. AOC is an unabashed progressive lefty about as far left as one can get before falling off the political spectrum into the nut-job land of eco-terrorists and authoritarians. Under no scenario can AOC convince a plurality or majority of Americans representing 270 Electoral Votes to elect her President. AOC is an internal problem for the Left alone. Thus, stop wasting precious time talking about her, emailing about her, and donating to any grifter asking you for money related to her.
The far bigger problem facing America right now is the clearly scared U.S. Supreme Court. There has been a lot of news and opinions lately on why Amy Coney Barrett and, to a lesser degree, Brent Kavanaugh have gone rogue and joined the very liberal three justices to thwart the Trump Administration’s efforts to fix what Biden broke. Barrett has seven kids. Kavanaugh has two kids. In 2020, Democrat U.S. Senator Chuck Schumer threatened justices when he stated: “You have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.” Two years later, responding to Schumer’s plea, a crazed Californian attempted to assassinate Kavanaugh and his family. Zealous lefties protested at their homes for months on end with neither the Biden U.S. Department of Justice nor the state of Virginia doing anything to stop those verbal assaults on their families. Last year, at least two assassination attempts were made on Trump by left-wing wackos. Violence emanating from the Left has become pervasive and ever-present.
It seems to me these shocking events have profoundly impacted Barrett's and Kavanaugh’s judicial views by pushing them to appease the Left in order to keep their families safe. In some ways, I cannot blame them. However, I think the far better and intellectually honest thing for them to do is to resign from the Supreme Court to allow Trump to nominate justices who will not allow external events and threats to impact how they decide cases. The most recent action taken by the Supreme Court in which it acted in the dead of night without jurisdiction or the need for urgency to stop the Trump Administration from deporting dangerous illegal immigrants is the flashing red light that something serious is wrong with Barrett and Kavanaugh (I won’t wast time on John Roberts, as he lost all credibility when he turned a mandate into a tax in the Obamacare case and failed to find the Dobbs leaker). Our constitutional separation of powers only works if each branch acts in accordance with the Constitution. When one branch ignores the Constitution, a very real crisis arises that tears the fabric of our country.
It is simply untenable that Biden could use executive powers to bring in over ten million illegal immigrants, with many of them involved in criminal activities, but that Trump cannot use executive powers to remove those people here illegally. Ratifying Biden’s action while rejecting Trump’s actions creates a dangerous precedent that will spur every future Democrat president to flood America with illegal immigrants who they believe will become Democrat voters knowing that Republican presidents will be powerless to reverse the flood. The Right and its political leaders have no choice but to ignore the unconstitutional actions of the judicial branch lest it allow itself to become a permanent minority powerless to stop the Left from turning America into the progressive authoritarian hellhole it desires. If the judicial branch is going to ignore the Constitution to appease the Left, the Trump Administration must ignore the judicial branch to save America.
No matter your political views, our Founding Fathers did not create a country in which five or six elite lawyers far removed from the realities of life among the lowly could rule this country by judicial tyranny. With Barrett's and Kavanaugh’s fear-driven actions, the “least dangerous branch” has become the most dangerous branch. Whether it was the Plessy v. Ferguson “separate but equal” decision in 1896, the Korematsu v. United States “rounding up Japanese Americans is fine” decision in 1944, or this latest action keeping dangerous illegal immigrants here, history is full of examples of the Supreme Court violating the core tenents of the Constitution. America elected Trump to reverse what Biden did. He should do so no matter what six lawyers proclaim from on high.
AOC isn't getting the nomination. She can't even commit to challenging Chuck Schumer in a Senate Primary. Courts are finding their rulings on immigration can't be followed.
