I'm thrilled Ohioan J.D. Vance will lead the fight, but don't forget the tens of millions of Patriots on whose shoulders he stands.

I fully expect J.D. Vance to knock it out of the park tonight when he gives his address at the Republican National Convention. Perhaps I am the only one, however, who thinks the reaction of those on the Right in the Acela Corridor has been a tad bit over-the-top, but some of you may disagree with my below tweets. Regardless, I just don’t want all of the brave men and women who fought in the trenches when it wasn’t popular beginning in 2010 to again be forgotten. In that spirit, I wrote these tweets:
