Damning Fox News Poll and Gross Domestic Product Data for Ohio Substantially Weakens Election Prospects for Ramaswamy and Husted

If Ramaswamy and Husted won’t make these changes, non-Kool-Aid drinking Republicans and Independents have no reason to vote for them. The runway to take off is shrinking each day.

I’ve covered extensively that Ohio’s private sector has been one of America’s weakest for decades. I’ve also covered extensively how Ohio’s population growth has stagnated since 1990, with the loss of over 700,000 Ohioans aged 10-54 since 2000 and the hollowing out of more than half of Ohio’s counties. In this column, I’m going to cover the Fox News poll that came out yesterday and the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) data from 2000 to 2025. Both items paint a very ugly picture for Ohio and, therefore, Republicans who lead Ohio and Washington, D.C.
